MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson College men's cross country team finished fifth at the 2025 Presidents' Athletic Conference Championships.
Dominic Flitcraft (Aliquippa, Pa./Hopewell) led the way for the Presidents, being crowned the PAC Men's Cross Country Champion. The junior raced his way to a first-place finish with a time of 26:51.60. This marks the first PAC Champion for the men since
Harley Moyer '19 in the 2018 season.
Freshman
Wyatt Stroup (Port Royal, Pa./Juniata) finished as the top freshman in the 2025 PAC Championships. He paced his way to a third-place finish and time of 27:17.30. Stroup was awarded the annual PAC Newcomer of the Year, the first President to earn the honor since Flitcraft in 2023.
Both Stroup and Flitcraft were awarded All-PAC First Team laurels for their top finishes.
The third best finisher for the Presidents was
Dylan Liber (Canton, Ohio/Jackson) who took 38
th with a time of 29:52.40.
Collin Helmick (Salem, Ohio/Salem) finished close behind with a 45
th place finish and time of 30:16.20.
Daniel Petersen (Monongahela, Pa./Ringgold) wrapped the top five finishers for the Presidents, taking 50
th with a time of 30:39.00.
The Presidents now set their sights on the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals hosted at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pa. on Saturday (Nov. 15). The race has a scheduled start time of 11:00 a.m.
