WASHINGTON, Pa. - Washington & Jefferson College baseball sophomore Brian Feldman (Gibsonia, Pa./Eden Christian Academy) was selected to the D3Baseball.com Team of the Week list as the top first baseman in NCAA Division III baseball this past week, announced by the organization Wednesday (April 16).

The Team of the Week is D3baseball.com's weekly honor roll, in its fourteenth season of recognizing the top performers at each of nine positions from the previous week. Players are selected from nominations from their school's sports information directors. This is the ninth Team of the Week of the 2025 season.

Feldman's bat powered the Presidents to a 3-0 week against Baldwin Wallace and Saint Vincent. The sophomore slugger hit 7-for-11 (.636 batting average) on the week with three doubles, one home run and six RBIs.

Feldman went 4-for-5 against the Yellow Jackets, finishing a triple shy of the cycle with two doubles, a home run and three runs batted in. Feldman batted in three baserunners in game one of the Saint Vincent doubleheader off a double and single.

W&J remains in nonconference play this Thursday (April 17) to travel to the Mount Union Purple Raiders. First pitch is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
