TRAFFORD, Pa. – Washington & Jefferson College freshman Gavin Patterson (Canonsburg, Pa./Canon-McMillan) has been selected as the Presidents' Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Newcomer of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday (Oct. 26).

Patterson scored the game-winning goal in W&J's 1-0 victory over Westminster, helping the Presidents move closer to securing a spot in the PAC Tournament.
