Four Presidents Earn All-CWPA Laurels

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. – The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) announced its annual Division III awards on Friday evening. The Washington & Jefferson College women's water polo team earned four All-CWPA selections.
 
Emmie Ratcliff (Friendswood, Texas/Friendswood), Hallie Ratcliff (Friendswood, Texas/Friendswood), Mackenzie Caron (Reading, Pa./Governor Mifflin) and Lani Weaver (Conroe, Texas/Conroe) all earned All-CWPA honors.
 
E. Ratcliff led W&J in the all-conference selections, finishing as the team's sole All-CWPA First Team recipient. This marks the second consecutive season that Ratcliff has been named to the All-CWPA First Team. The sophomore led the Presidents in scoring through the regular season with 69 goals. She also compiled a recorded 31 steals, 12 assists and two blocks.
 
Sister H. Ratcliff earned herself a All-CWPA Second Team selection following her 2026 regular season campaign. The junior compiled 44 goals, 36 steals, 16 assists and three blocks prior to the CWPA Championships.
 
Freshmen Caron and Weaver rounded out the W&J representation on the All-CWPA lists as honorable mentions. Caron finished second on the team in scoring through the regular season, netting 61 goals. The dual-sport athlete also had 45 steals and 10 recorded assists on the season. Weaver led the Presidents in goal through the 2026 regular season, compiling 124 saves. She also had five assists and five steals.
 
W&J wraps up competition at the CWPA Division III Water Polo Championships on Sunday (April 12). The Presidents will face fifth-seeded Austin on Sunday morning with a 9:30 a.m. start time.
