WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Washington & Jefferson College men's lacrosse team (6-7, 3-2) suffered a 25-2 loss to the Grove City Wolverines (6-7, 4-1) on Wednesday night in a Presidetn's Athletic Conference matchup at Alexandre Stadium.

Ryan Mey (Bridgeville, Pa./South Fayette) and Braden Petrarco (Irwin, Pa./Norwin) each found the back of the net for the Presidents, with Petrarco also adding an assist on Mey's goal to finish with two points.

The Presidents were able to limit Grove City to just four goals in the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Wolverines were able to score nine unanswered goals, allowing Grove City to hold a demanding 13-0 lead at the half.
