Box Score

CRESSON, Pa. -- Senior James Calvert broke a 1-1 tie two minutes into the second overtime to send the Washington & Jefferson men's soccer team to a 2-1 non-conference win at Mount Aloysius to open up the 2014 season.

Calvert sent the Presidents to the win with his first score of the season at the 102:00-mark. The game was tied thanks to an answer by sophomore Justin Nolfi just minutes after Mount Aloysius took a 1-0 lead in the first half. Nolfi's goal was scored in the 30th minute after MAC scored in the 22nd minute.

For the game, W&J held a 13-11 edge on shots, including both shot attempts of the second overtime. Senior Brian Hanna led all players with five shots (three on goal).
