Presidents top Caltech to wrap up West Coast swing

PASADENA, Calif. -- The No. 10 ranked Washington & Jefferson women's water polo team wrapped up their California Spring Break trip with a 14-2 win at Caltech.

The Presidents finish the trip to the left coast with a 2-2 mark (and 7-6 overall record) after previously topping Division III seventh-ranked Occidental and now earning a win against the Beavers.

Aliya Abdelhak led W&J with two goals as 13 different Presidents tallied a score. Morgan Kinyon made 10 saves in goal and added three steals and two assists.

W&J will next head to Monmouth, Ill. for five Collegiate Water Polo Association contests on March 20-22, beginning with a 5 p.m. match against Carthage on Friday.
