How it Happened: Washington & Jefferson topped Monmouth, 9-4, in the third match of the Carthage trip.
 
Top Performers: On offense, Sarah Latzo led with four goals and two assists. On defense, Ally Hopkins bested her season-high of 12 saves, set Friday, with 17 blocks.
 
The Rest: Brittney Patterson and Madison Nervig each put up a pair of goals and Laura Travers added one more to her count on the weekend. Macel Reising contributed three assists.

How it Happened: The Presidents won their fourth consecutive match, this time a 10-3 victory against host Carthage. 
 
Top Performers: Liz Klock led the offense with a trio of goals, with Rachel Clauss tallying a duo of her own. Ally Hopkins started in goal, this time with 18 saves.
 
The Rest: Latzo, Kirsten Yatsko, Nervig, Travers and Tess O'Neill each captured a goal. Patterson supplied five helpers.

Opponent: Connecticut
Results: W, 11-2
 
How it Happened: The Washington & Jefferson women's water polo team finished the weekend at Carthage with a final 11-2 win against Connecticut, sweeping the trip.
 
Top Performers: Klock, Clauss and Travers each had three goals a piece, giving Klock a team-high 14 goals in the five games. Hopkins was in the double-digits once again with 17 saves. Also on the defensive, Nervig and O'Neill had four steals each.
 
The Rest: Patterson and Yatsko posted a goal a piece, while Reising had three assists.  
 
What's Next: W&J will travel to Erie, Pa. to compete against Utica and Monmouth on April 1st at 1:00 pm and 6:20 pm, respectively.
