How it Happened: Washington & Jefferson women's water polo faced off against defending Collegiate Water Polo Association Division III champion Connecticut College, winning 7-6 in its third matchup in Erie.
 
Top Performers: Three Presidents added pairs of goals to the win, with Sarah Latzo and Laura Travers scoring one each in the first and fourth quarters and Rachel Clauss notching one in the first and the second. Clauss also led the defense with five steals while goalkeeper Ally Hopkins had 11 saves.
 
The Rest: On offense, Madison Nervig found the back of the net in the fourth quarter. Defensively, Nervig also had a trio of steals with Travers capturing three takeaways of her own.

How it Happened: W&J was on the board first against the Scots and maintained the lead for the rest of the game, capturing its fourth win in Erie and ninth win in a row.
 
Top Performers: Latzo posted four goals for the second time in four games when she scored the first of the game followed by a hat trick more in the third quarter. Clauss tallied a trio with one in the second quarter and a pair in the third.
 
The Rest: Travers secured a pair, finding the back of the net once in the third quarter and then again in the fourth. Brittney Patterson also contributed a goal to the win.
 
What's Next: W&J will remain in Erie for a final day to take on Carthage at 11:40 am.
