How it Happened: The Washington & Jefferson women's water polo team fell by a 16-9 score to Connecticut College in its first of three games at Monmouth College.

Top Performer: Chloe Magyari (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) scored once in the first quarter and twice in the fourth quarter, recording a hat trick to lead the team in goals scored.

The Rest: Paige Adams (Mohnton, Pa./Governor Mifflin) tallied one goal in the second and fourth quarters,
Macel Reising (Annapolis, Md./Broadneck) scored twice in the final frame and
Lexie Gartner (West Lawn, Pa./Wilson) scored in the first and fourth quarters as the trio all scored two goals.
Aliya Abdelhak (Evanston, Ill./Evanston) tallied one goal in the third quarter.
Megan Arseneau (Bourbonnais, Ill./Bradley-Bourbonnais) stopped six Connecticut College shots as the W&J goalkeeper.

Marissa Whitby (Los Angeles, Calif./Eagle Rock) rounded out the scoring in the game for W&J with one goal each. Gartner scored her goal in the third quarter while Whitby found the back of the net in the fourth. Arseneau added five more saves to her total in the game.

How it Happened: W&J closed out its first day at Monmouth with an 11-6 win over Utica, scoring three goals in the first, third and fourth quarters and blanking the Pioneers in the final frame.

Top Performers: Magyari notched her second hat trick of the day, scoring in the first, second and fourth quarters. Gartner also picked up a hat trick as she scored once in the second and twice in the third.

How it Happened: The Presidents fell in their final game of the weekend, 12-6, to Monmouth.
