MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. – Washington & Jefferson College football defensive tackle Tyler Primrose (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Catholic) has been selected on the D3football.com Team of the Week, as announced by the organization on Tuesday (Nov. 11).
 
This marks the fourth player named to the D3football.com Team of the Week this season for the Presidents.
 
Primrose racked up a career-high three sacks and three tackles for loss. He halted a Geneva drive with a third down sack in the third quarter, while adding another in the back end of the quarter. The seventh-straight victory helped the Presidents secure at least a share of the Presidents' Athletic Conference title and the conference's automatic bid.
 
The Red and Black concludes the regular season with a home game versus Thiel on Saturday (Nov. 15). The Presidents can secure the league title outright with a victory over the Tomcats. The Senior Day contest is scheduled for a 1 p.m. kickoff.
