SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson College track & field teams wrapped action at the 20th Annual Paul Kaiser Track & Field Classic hosted by Division II Shippensburg University.
 
Claire Anderson (Jamestown, Pa./Jamestown) led the way for W&J with the best finish on the afternoon for the women. Anderson took a third-place finish in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:47.90. She also raced her way to 13^th in the 800-meter run with a mark of 2:25.60.
 
Alyssa Trn (Shippensburg, Pa./Shippensburg Area) flashed her versatility in both track and field events. Trn's best finish came in the high jump, tying her personal best jump of 1.45 meters (4' 9").
 
Rylee Miller (West Mifflin, Pa./West Mifflin) posted a personal best mark in the long jump with a top leap of 4.37 meters (14' 4").
 
Anthony Cestaro III (Memphis, Tenn./Christian Brothers) headed the W&J men with an eight-place finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.33. He also finished 13^th in the 100-meter dash in the preliminary round with a time of 11.00.
 
Collin Dusman (Hartville, Ohio/Lake) finished 13^th in the 400-meter hurdles with a mark of 1:05.75.
 
Jake Sinclair (Beallsville, Pa./Beth-Center) rounded out the top performers for W&J with a season-best time of 4:11.88 in the 1,500-meter run.
 
The Presidents return to track on Thursday (May 1) for day one of the Presidents' Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships held in Morgantown, W. Va.
