BOARDMAN, Ohio – The Washington & Jefferson College women's golf team wrapped the 2025 Spring Presidents' Athletic Conference Championships this weekend in second place. The W&J women's team finished with a total score of 1,352 (+208) across four rounds with 669 team points coming from the spring.

Top W&J Individual: Megan Joyce (Uniontown, Pa./Laurel Highlands) finished as the top golfer for W&J at the conclusion of round four of the PAC Championships in second place. Joyce jumped to the top spot having shot an 81 (+11) in round three and an 82 (+12) in round four. Joyce wrapped the season as an All-PAC First Team selection with her 330 (+44) total score.
Notables: MacKenzie Schmeltz (Edwardsburg, Mich./Saint Joseph) finished directly behind Joyce in third place with a total score of 334 (+48) on the season. 2024 PAC Fall Medalist,
Julia Barthelemy (Crescent, Pa./Moon Area), finished the spring portion of the conference championships in a tie for fourth place with a total four-round score of 336 (+50). Both Schmeltz and Barthelemy finished as All-PAC First Team honorees.
Dinah Bailey (Baden, Pa./Ambridge) capped the conference championships with a total score of 352 (+66) to place 11
th. Bailey was named to the All-PAC Honorable Mention team.
Antolena Damico (Irwin, Pa./Penn Trafford) concluded the top W&J golfers, finishing in a tie for 12
th with a total score of 357 (+71) on the season.
Tournament Highlights
Top Team: Westminster took the 2024-25 PAC Championships with a total team score of 1,337 over the four rounds of golf. The Presidents, as the next best finisher, were 15 strokes from the Titans at the conclusion of the spring rounds.
Top Individual: Katie Rose Rankin of Westminster college finished with a four-round score of 329 (+43) at the conclusion of the conference championships, earning the 2024-25 Women's Golf Player of the Year award. W&J's Joyce finished one stroke behind Rankin.
