TRAFFORD, Pa. – Washington & Jefferson College freshman Sean Clark (Madison, Wis./Monona Grove) has been selected as the Presidents' Athletic Conference Men's Golf Newcomer of the Week, as announced by the conference on Tuesday (April 21). This is the second time this season that Clark has been chosen for this award.
 
Clark led W&J by finishing in a first-place tie with two Grove City golfers at Grove City's McBride-Behringer-Allen 'MBA' Invitational, shooting a 75 on the day to finish three-over-par.
 
The W&J Men's Golf team returns to action at the 2026 Presidents' Athletic Conference Spring Championships starting on Friday (April 24). The Presidents are currently in second place, nine shots behind first-place Allegheny.
