WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson men's and women's swimming and diving teams fell to Westminster in a Presidents' Athletic Conference dual meet by scores of 194-88 and 173-118, respectively, on Wednesday, Nov. 15.

Chloe Magyari (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) won the 50 freestyle (25.41), the 100 freestyle (55.69), the 50 butterfly (27.53) and helped the 200 free relay to a win (1:48.07) as she anchored the team with the final leg.

Jillian McElhaney (Butler, Pa./Butler Area) led off the 200 free relay, and earned second and third place finishes in the 50 (30.47) and 100 backstroke (1:07.62), respectively. She was followed by
Paige Adams (Mohnton, Pa./Governor Mifflin), who also placed third in the 500 free (5:57.24).
Kiera MacWhinnie (South Portland, Maine/Waynflete School) served as the third leg of the first place relay.

Zach Lauer (Hummelstown, Pa/Upper Dauphin) earned victories in the 50 (26.09) and the 100 backstrokes (55.68), and he tallied a third-place finish in the 50 butterfly (25.29).
Alexis Glenn (Sewickley, Pa./Quaker Valley) won the 100 backstroke (1:03.18) and the 100 individual medley (1:06.62) and she also earned a second-place finish in the 200 freestyle (2:04.33).

The men's 200 free relay team won as well (1:36.35), and was made up of
Owen Hanna (Reading, Pa./Governor Mifflin),
Matt Noel (Sewickley, Pa./Quaker Valley),
Ian Geister (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) and
Troy Smith (San Marcos, Calif./San Marcos). Individually, Hanna earned second place in the 100 free (50.98) and third in the 200 free (1:56.49) while Geister and Smith finished third in the 100 butterfly (57.03) and the 100 backstroke (1:00.61), respectively.

Jeremy Glasner (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown Area) finished first in the 100 individual medley (59.86), second in the 1000 freestyle (10:55.42), and third in the 100 backstroke (1:06.77).
Jared Rebman (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Mechanicsburg) and
Victoria Metz (Pittsburgh, Pa./Plum) both earned second place in the 100 individual medley with times of 1:16.67 and 1:14.82, respectively.

Hayley Georgetti (Washington, Pa./Linsley) and
Alexandria Daum (Venetia, Pa./Peters Township) tallied third place finishes in the 100 individual medley (1:16.67) and the 1000 free (12:25.07), respectively.

Kaitlyn Pawcio (Johnstown, Pa./Westmont Hilltop) placed first in the one-meter diving with a score of 236.30 and second in the three-meter diving with 221.10.
Theo Skoric (Vanderbilt, Pa./Laurel Highlands) ended in third for the one-meter diving as he scored 217.20.

The Presidents will be back in the pool on Saturday, Nov. 18, when they host Pitt-Bradford with the first event set for 1:00 p.m.
