BEREA, Ohio – Washington & Jefferson College senior Jadyn Hartner (Washington, Pa./Fort Cherry) led the Presidents Saturday at the Sparky Adams Invitational hosted by Baldwin Wallace University.

The meet was the final tune-up before next week's PAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Hartner posted personal-best times in both the 400 Hurdles and the 100 Hurdles during competition Saturday.

Hartner finished first in the 400 Hurdles with a top time of 1:03.97. The time currently ranks Hartner 21st in all of NCAA Division III. The time ranks first in the PAC by more than two seconds.

Hartner added a third place effort in the 100 Hurdles. She logged a personal-best time of 15.38 in the event. Her time currently ranks as third best on the PAC performance list this season.

Hartner came in eighth place in the High Jump at 1.46 meters.

Anna Stroup (Port Royal, Pa./Juniata) placed fifth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.76. That time ranks Stroup fourth in the PAC this outdoor season.

Julian Paul (Pittsburgh, Pa./Montour) was second in the 800 Meters. He raced to a time of 1:56.78.

Daniel Deal (Butler, Pa./Knoch) finished fourth in the 400 Meter Hurdles with a time of 59.56.

W&J heads to the PAC Outdoor Championships on April 25-26. The two-day meet will be hosted at The Track & Field Complex at Mylan Park in Morgantown, W.Va.
