NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Washington & Jefferson College women's lacrosse program had four student-athletes named to the 2025 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. Additionally, the team was honored for its academic work when it received mention on the 2025 IWLCA Academic Honor Squad. The IWLCA released its academic award winners for this past season on Wednesday (July 23).
Recent graduates 
Gianna Baker (Carlisle, Pa./Trinity), 
Haley Lawyer (Glenside, Pa./Archbishop Wood) and 
Ella Phillips (Arnold, Md./Broadneck) along with rising senior 
Mya Bolinda (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Hills) were named to the 2025 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll.
Baker earned her degree in mathematics and engineering while Lawyer graduated with a degree in economics and computing and information studies. Phillips earned her degree in history and political science. Bolinda is studying psychology, communication arts and economics.
The IWLCA honored 1,286 student-athletes from 201 different institutions on the 2025 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for individual honors, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater. 
 
The organization also named 383 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA as IWLCA Academic Honor Squads for the 2024-25 academic year. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year. The W&J women's lacrosse team finished with a team GPA of 3.34 on the season.
W&J finished 2025 with an overall record of 10-5. The Presidents finished 8-1 in regular season conference play during the year and earned the No. 2 seed in the PAC Tournament.
