TRAFFORD, Pa. – Washington & Jefferson College freshman Sean Clark (Madison, Wis./Monona Grove) has been named the Presidents' Athletic Conference Men's Golf Newcomer of the Week, announced by the conference on Tuesday (Sept. 23).

Clark finished in a three-way tie for 15th place with a 147 in two rounds at The Gauntlet.  His 18-hole best came during Monday's portion where he shot a 73, which included two birdies and 12 pars for the round.

The Presidents return this Saturday (Sept. 27) when they travel to the Franciscan Fall Invitational.  W&J will tee off at 1:30 p.m. at Steubenville Country Club.
