TRAFFORD, Pa. – Washington & Jefferson College freshman Ryan Noel (Reisterstown, Md./McDonogh School) has been chosen as the Presidents' Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Newcomer of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday (Sept. 28).
 
Noel scored in both victories over Saint Francis and Saint Vincent, aiding in the Presidents' flawless week against conference opponents. Noel scored the fourth goal for the Presidents in the 39th minute in a 5-1 win over the Red Wolves on Wednesday. The freshman capped off his strong week with a game-winning goal in the 70th minute against at Saint Vincent, as the Presidents came away with a 2-1 victory.
 
The Presidents return to the pitch on Wednesday (Sept. 30) when the team travels to take on the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets. Kickoff from Waynesburg is scheduled for 8:00 p.m.
