WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Washington & Jefferson men's tennis team won the consolation match of the W&J Fall Invitational, hosted at the Janet Swanson Tennis Center.

W&J began the day with a 5-4 defeat at the hands of Marietta before rallying to post a 6-3 win over Presidents' Athletic Conference foe Waynesburg in the consolation round.

The Presidents are scheduled to wrap up their non-traditional fall season on Saturday, Oct. 10 when they host Franciscan at 10 a.m.
