W&J bests rival Waynesburg, 8-1

WAYNESBURG, Pa. -- Washington & Jefferson got three forfeit victories en route to an 8-1 Presidents' Athletic Conference victory at Waynesburg.

The win moves W&J over .500 for the season at 6-5, while holding a 3-1 record in league matches. The Yellow Jackets drop to 4-11 overall and 3-4 within the PAC.

W&J will hit the road for a nonconference tilt at NCAA Division II Fairmont State (W.Va.) on Friday, April 15 at 3:30 p.m.
