Presidents edged by Bearcats in PAC opener, 5-4

WASHINGTON, Pa. -- Saint Vincent won two of the three doubles points, which proved to be the difference as the Bearcats edged Washington & Jefferson 5-4 at the Janet Swanson Tennis Center.

W&J drops to 4-5 this season while opening Presidents' Athletic Conference play 0-1. SVC improves to 5-2 in 2017, and 2-0 in the PAC.

The continue PAC play with a 6:30 p.m. match against Geneva on Friday, March 31.
