GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Presidents took three of six singles matches, but a 3-0 deficit after doubles play was too difficult to overcome in a 6-3 loss at Grove City.
The defeat drops the Washington & Jefferson men's tennis team to 7-6 overall and 3-2 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference after securing a 9-0 win over Thiel earlier in the day.
W&J will be back in action on Sunday, April 9, hosting Allegheny at 1 p.m. at the Janet Swanson Tennis Center.
