TRAFFORD, Pa. – Washington & Jefferson College sophomore Vitali Daniels (Scenery Hill, Pa./Bentworth) has been selected as the Presidents' Athletic Conference Wrestler of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday (Nov. 24).
 
Daniels led the Presidents with a third-place finish in the 184-pound weight class at Muhlenberg's Scotty Wood Invitational. Daniels began the tournament when he defeated a wrestler from the hosts by a 19-4 tech fall. After dropping his next match by decision, Daniels won the consolation bracket with two wins by fall, the first in 20 seconds and the second at the 2:13 mark.
 
The Presidents return to action on Thursday (Dec. 4) when they host a dual against fellow PAC opponent Waynesburg. The dual will commence at 6:15 p.m. in the Salvetti Family Gymnasium.
