TRAFFORD, Pa. – Washington & Jefferson College men's soccer freshman Jonathan Barahona (Leesburg, Va./Tuscarora) has been chosen as the Presidents' Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday (Nov. 3).
 
Barahona propelled the Presidents to their second consecutive appearance in the PAC Tournament in a 1-0 victory over Westminster. Barahona netted the game winner in the first half at the 39-minute mark and W&J would hang on for the win to clinch the sixth seed in the conference tournament.
 
The Presidents closed out the 2025 campaign with a double overtime thriller against Allegheny in the PAC Quarterfinals. The squad finished with a 9-8-2 overall record and a 5-5-1 record in conference.
