Minneapolis, Minn. – Washington & Jefferson College sophomore Alex Boyce (McDonald, Pa./South Fayette) has been selected on the D3football.com Team of the Week, as announced by the organization on Tuesday (Oct. 6). This is the second time in as many weeks that Boyce has been chosen for this award.

Boyce racked up a pair of tackles for loss, one and a half sacks, five tackles and a quarterback hurry in a 55-0 shutout victory over Geneva. The Presidents limited the Golden Tornadoes to 56 yards of total offense, forced a pair of turnovers and limited them to just eight completed passes.

Boyce is the first President to be named a back-to-back D3football.com Team of the Week honoree since Dawson Dietz '25 in 2024.

The Presidents return to Cameron Stadium next Saturday (Oct. 10) for their annual homecoming game. Kickoff against the Bethany Bison is set for 2:00 p.m.
