FULL RESULTS

ERIE, Pa. -- The Presidents finished third of five squads at the Mercyhurst Invitational at the Lake View Country Club.

NCAA Division II Gannon captured the team title with a +26 318 behind the top two finishers. D-II counterpart and host Mercyhurst was second at +36 328 and Washington & Jefferson combined for a +57 349 to round out the top three.

Marissa Sudar was the top scorer for W&J, carding an eight-over 81 to tie for third place. Jocelyn Sudar tied for eighth at +11 84.

Kaitlyn Vogel used her +17 90 to place 13th. Michelle Klein and Jennifer Suder each carded +21 94's to tie for 17th.

Allison Vargo claimed a +18 90 in competing as an individual.

W&J enters next weekend's Presidents' Athletic Conference Spring Championship April 24-25 at Cedarbrook Golf Club with a 63-stroke advantage over second place for the league's title and automatic qualifier to the NCAA Division III Championship.
