ERIE, Pa. -- The Washington & Jefferson men's tennis team captured fourth place at the 2017 Presidents' Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Championships.

W&J placed two in the championship round of singles action and a pair of tandems into the finals of doubles play, coming away with four second-place finishes. The Presidents earned 31 points to finish three shy of third-place Saint Vincent. Thomas More won the team title with 45 points, narrowly edging Grove City's 44 points.

W&J concludes the 2017 season with a 9-8 record in dual matches behind a 5-3 mark in league play.
