Jayden Da (Rockville, Md./Richard Montgomery) was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year and coach
Ian McDonald took home PAC Coach of the Year honors for the sixth time.
After capturing their second-straight PAC championship, eight Presidents were named All-PAC on Thursday.
Da capped a sensational debut season in which he led the PAC in points (17) and assists (5). His six goals tied for second in the conference and three of his tallies were game-winners. Da recorded at point in eight of the Presidents' 11 games, including six-straight games to open his collegiate career.
Da's goal in double overtime handed Geneva its only loss of the regular season. In the PAC Tournament semifinal at Grove City, Da contributed to both of the Presidents' goals with an assist in the 52nd minute and the eventual game-winner in the 74th minute.
McDonald collects PAC Coach of the Year honors for the second-straight season and the sixth time overall. He led the Presidents' to their fifth PAC title under his direction. Da was also named to the PAC All-Tournament team.
Senior forward
Jake Fetterman (Pottstown, Pa./The Hill School), junior goalkeeper
Samuel Miller (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg), junior defender
Quinn Pickering (Camp Hill, Pa./Camp Hill) and sophomore midfielder
Zach Bowser (Beaver, Pa./Beaver) were all named All-PAC Second Team.
Fetterman capped his career with 11 points in 11 games to snag All-PAC Second Team honors for the second-straight season. He ranked second on the roster and top 10 in the PAC with four goals and three assists.
The 2019 PAC Tournament's Most Outstanding Player, Fetterman scored another critical postseason goal in 2021 with a second-half header in the PAC semifinal at Grove City. He matched a career high with five points (2G, 1A) in a senior day victory over Thiel.
Miller snags All-PAC Second Team honors after leading the PAC in save percentage (.830) and ranking third in total saves (44) fourth in goals against average (1.01).
Miller posted a shutout in the Presidents' 1-0 win at Waynesburg and helped the Presidents' to five one-goal wins on the appreciated year. He made a season-high 12 saves to preserve a 1-1 tie at Franciscan and had six stops in the PAC championship game.
Pickering picks up his first All-PAC award in his third year starting along the Presidents' back line. He scored in the opener at Westminster and had an assist against Chatham.
Pickering helped anchor a back line that replaced both outside backs in 2020-21 and ranked second overall in goals against average (0.88).
After earning All-PAC Honorable Mention status as a freshman, Bowser collects Second Team recognition as a sophomore.
Bowser was named the 2020-21 PAC Tournament's Most Outstanding Player after he headed in the eventual championship-winning goal in the 81st minute of the PAC final. He also added a goal against Chatham.
Senior midfielder
Thomas Davidson (Upper St. Clair, Pa./Upper St. Clair), junior midfielder
Joey Feola (Carnegie, Pa./Central Catholic) and
Michael Komaniak (Oakmont, Pa./Riverview) each collected All-PAC Honorable Mention nods.
Davidson turned in a breakout senior season and ranked third on the roster with eight points on three goals and two assists. He posted a career-high five points (2G, 1A) in a senior day win over Thiel and scored in W&J's 2-1 win over previously undefeated Geneva.
Feola recorded three critical assists in a pair of critical wins in 2020-21. Feola assisted on both goals in W&J's 2-1 double overtime win over Geneva and the PAC championship-winning goal by Bowser in the PAC final. He also pivoted to the W&J back line after injuries in the PAC Tournament limited W&J's defensive personnel. Feola was also named to the PAC All-Tournament Team.
Komaniak snagged all-conference honors for the second-straight year after earning Second Team status in fall 2019. In spring 2021, Komaniak ranked second on the roster with 18 shots and 10 shots on goal and registered five points (1G, 3A). He recorded a season-high four points (1G, 2A) in W&J's win over Thiel.
Senior midfielder
Nicholas Maknoon (Alison Park, Pa./Hampton) was the Presidents' representative on the PAC Sportsmanship team. Maknoon was a mainstay in the W&J midfielder over each of the last two championship seasons, starting 32 of 33 games in 2019 and 2020-21.
The Presidents (8-2-1) earned the No. 3 seed in the PAC Tournament and earned a 2-1 semifinal victory at Grove City before defeating Westminster 2-1 for the PAC championship at Alexandre Stadium.
