A four-time All-PAC performer, Koch directed a memorable PAC Tournament run as a sophomore as the Presidents win four-straight February games, including a 69-57 PAC semifinal upset at Grove City. The Presidents finished the 2006-07 season with 14 victories, the most in a single season since the 1993-94 Elite Eight team. W&J entered the 2007 PAC Tournament as the No. 3 seed and knocked off Thomas More in round one 67-49 behind Koch’s 17 points. W&J went on the road for the semifinals and outlasted #2 Bethany 78-75. Koch played all 40 minutes and had 10 points and eight rebounds.

W&J then hosted Grove City for the PAC Championship in front of one the largest crowds in Henry Memorial Center history, but the Presidents were edged 60-58. Following the season, Koch was selected as the PAC Player of the Year.

He started all 108 games W&J played from 2004- 2007 alongside teammate Brandon Studer. The 108 games are the third-most games played by a W&J men’s basketball player in history.

Koch remains third in school history with 196 three-pointers. He was a 2007 Second Team D3Hoops.com All-Great Lakes Region honoree and also received third-team regional accolades in 2006.
